Description

Work with cross-functional teams to develop applications and REST APIs using Big Data and Cloud technologies to deliver tailored digital and analytics solutions for business needs. Responsibilities include building Spring applications and APIs, implementing a TDD strategy, deploying applications automatically via containers, optimizing JVM performance under heavy load, and using Big Data (HDFS, Spark, Oozie) and Cloud (AWS, Azure) services.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and REST APIs using the Spring framework
• Implement a test strategy based on TDD
• Ensure automated application deployment using containers
• Optimize JVM performance for stability under heavy load
• Use Big Data technologies (HDFS, Spark, Oozie) and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)

Requirements

• Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Development skills: Shell Unix, Perl, PHP, Python, Git
• Experience with Hadoop (Big Data)
• Proficiency in Java and Scala
• Experience with MS Azure
• Experience with Spark
