Description

Join an R&D team developing a next-generation cloud product for handling credit-processing workflows used by banking and financial clients. You will design and co-create microservices in Java with Spring, working in Agile/Scrum with strong emphasis on code quality and performance. The team also uses advanced AI tools and AI agents to support daily development and automate parts of software creation.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the R&D cloud product for credit-processing workflows

• Design and architect microservices

• Use AI tools and AI agents to support everyday development and automate parts of code generation

• Deliver backend tasks in a Scrum Agile team

• Participate in project meetings and code reviews; maintain code quality, performance, and cleanliness

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Java

• Experience with the Spring framework (must-have)

• English proficiency at least B2

• Team-oriented mindset, creativity, and proactive problem-solving

• Willingness to work with and regularly upgrade to the latest technology stack

• Preferred: experience developing in a microservices architecture

• Preferred: knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Preferred: knowledge of Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, Grafana, Prometheus

• Preferred: knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
