Description

You will develop and expand the company’s cloud platform in a secure and stable way by building reusable building blocks, team-wide standards, and CI/CD patterns. The role focuses on integrating security, compliance, and governance from the start into architecture, infrastructure, and deployment processes, while improving developer experience through self-service automation, templates, and platform tools. You will also advance monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability so that applications run reliably and issues are detected early, working closely with development teams to bring cloud-native solutions into the organization.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the cloud platform securely and steadily; create reusable components and CI/CD patterns
• Integrate Security, Compliance, and Governance into architecture, infrastructure, and deployment processes
• Define Azure and Kubernetes standards, reference architectures, best practices, and technical guardrails; document them
• Improve Developer Experience with self-service functions, automation, templates, and platform tools
• Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability standards for reliable operations and early problem detection
• Collaborate with development teams to support implementation of cloud-native applications

Requirements

• Multi-year cloud experience, ideally with Microsoft Azure
• Kubernetes and containerized application experience, ideally with Azure Kubernetes Service
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and CI/CD with Git-based workflows and automated deployments, ideally Azure DevOps
• Solid experience with ticketing systems and agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
• Enjoys working with development teams and can advise them practically to achieve their goals
• Structured, independent approach and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions
• Very good English skills (spoken and written)
