Description

Design and develop ICT communication solutions focused on IP voice and Unified Communications. Work with corporate customers to define business and technical requirements, and create solution architecture based on VoIP, SIP Trunk, IP-PBX, and Microsoft Teams Phone. Prepare technical concepts, commercial offers, and support sales and tenders as a subject-matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ICT communication solutions for voice and Unified Communications

• Collaborate with corporate clients to define business and technical requirements

• Create architecture for VoIP-based solutions (VoIP, SIP Trunk, IP-PBX, Microsoft Teams Phone)

• Prepare technical concepts, commercial offers, and client presentations

• Participate in sales meetings and technical workshops as a technical expert

• Support sales teams during proposal and tender processes

• Cooperate with technology manufacturers and business partners

• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to grow voice/UC service portfolio

Requirements

• Experience in designing or implementing VoIP and Unified Communications solutions

• Knowledge of SIP, SBC, SIP Trunk and IP telephony concepts

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone, Teams Calling, or Operator Connect

• Knowledge of modern communications system architecture and integration with customer infrastructure

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical architecture

• Ability to lead technical presentations and discussions with clients

• English knowledge for technical documentation and collaboration with manufacturers

• Experience preparing technical and proposal documentation
