Description

You will design and develop ICT process architecture across the ICT organization, mapping existing practices from technical teams into clear, documented processes and keeping the documentation current. You will maintain internal directives and process maps, support process adoption, and improve process effectiveness and value. You will also coordinate inputs for audits and certifications and contribute to IT asset management, CMDB, and IT service continuity planning (BCP/DRP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the process ICT architecture, including mapping current practices with technical teams

• Create, manage, and update internal policies, work procedures, and process maps

• Collaborate with process owners to implement changes and keep documentation aligned with best practice

• Onboard employees to the defined processes and provide methodological support

• Analyze processes, propose improvements, and evaluate their functionality and benefits

• Prepare materials and coordinate contributions for audits and certifications, including tracking corrective actions

• Support preparation and updates of ICT service continuity and recovery plans (BCP/DRP) and coordinate testing

• Contribute to company-wide IT asset management, CMDB, and service management development

Requirements

• Relevant experience in process IT management, IT service management, or process architecture

• Practical orientation in operating IT infrastructure and delivering IT services

• Demonstrable experience designing, documenting, and implementing ICT processes into practice

• Ability to independently analyze technical team operations, gather information, and translate it into understandable processes and documentation

• Analytical and conceptual thinking, diligence, and ability to follow tasks through to completion

• Ability to communicate and work with IT specialists across domains and gain their support for change

• Knowledge of ITIL and related ISO standards (especially ISO/IEC 27001; ISO/IEC 20000-1 is a plus)

• Experience preparing audit materials; hands-on experience with BCP/DRP; process modeling is an advantage

• English proficiency enabling work with professional materials
