Description

You will analyze and model business processes (AS-IS/TO-BE) using BPMN, collect business requirements, and translate them into system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You’ll run workshops and align stakeholders across business and IT, maintain analytical documentation in tools like ADONIS and Enterprise Architect, and support legacy system transformation projects in a banking environment. You’ll also use AI/LLM tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to support analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Model AS-IS/TO-BE processes with BPMN
• Gather business requirements and convert them into system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions with business and IT teams
• Create and maintain analytical documentation in ADONIS and Enterprise Architect
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers during design and implementation
• Participate in transformation of legacy systems in a banking environment
• Use AI/LLM tools to support analysis, documentation, and project artifact preparation
• Verify requirement consistency and support test and business acceptance processes

Requirements

• Experience in AS-IS/TO-BE process modeling and translating business needs into system requirements and implementation-ready user stories
• BPMN knowledge and experience with process/architecture modeling tools; ADONIS and Enterprise Architect preferred
• Very good communication skills for workshop facilitation and structured documentation
• Practical experience using AI/LLM tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code
• Ability to produce analytical documentation and SDLC artifacts
• Experience with legacy system transformation projects, including banking environments
