Description

Within the Financial Services domain, you will apply Generative and Agentic AI to real-world financial use cases to support automation and decision-making. You will design and implement LLM-based workflows and agent components, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business and regulatory expectations through end-to-end testing. You will also evaluate model and agent performance for accuracy, compliance, and explainability, driving iterative enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI, LLM-based workflows, and Agentic AI components for automated and assisted financial decision-making

• Execute end-to-end testing of AI solutions and AI agent workflows

• Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for training, inference, and agent execution

• Evaluate model and agent performance and drive continuous improvement (accuracy, compliance, explainability)

• Identify reusable GenAI/AgenticAI components and patterns for reuse across projects

Requirements

• Practical banking/financial industry experience with Generative AI and/or Agentic AI, including LLM-based workflows, prompt engineering, and orchestration of multi-step agent workflows

• Very good Python and SQL skills, including hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and databases for end-to-end LLM solutions

• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Strong communication skills to explain technical and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative/technical field
