Description

You will take over from a consultant who is retiring and support and improve a stable datacenter architecture. The role includes switching and security management (Cisco and Aruba switching via CLI, Palo Alto firewalls), plus operations around Windows Server, VMware, backup, and DR. You will also perform monthly system updates in collaboration with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd-line support for datacenter, storage, and network environments
• Configure and manage Cisco and Aruba switching using CLI
• Manage Palo Alto firewalls
• Operate and support Windows Server and VMware; manage backup and DR
• Improve and maintain a stable architecture
• Perform monthly system updates and work with suppliers

Requirements

• Senior experience as an all-round systems and network administrator
• Hands-on CLI experience for switching and firewalls
• Native Dutch proficiency
