Description

You will manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure end-to-end—from Windows servers and network systems to end-user computers—while providing helpdesk support on-site and remotely.

Your work includes administering core Windows services (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, file and print services), configuring computers and notebooks, and handling monitoring, backups, and regular maintenance.

You will also support network administration (LAN/WLAN, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN), manage user accounts and access rights, and help modernize the IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, file and print services)
• Install, configure, and administer computers and laptops
• Provide user support (helpdesk) and resolve requests and incidents on-site and remotely
• Configure and manage computer networks (LAN/WLAN, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN)
• Perform monitoring, backups, and regular system maintenance
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Collaborate on development and modernization of the IT infrastructure
• Visit branches and clients as needed

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in IT administration, including Windows Server, networking, and end-user workstation support
• Strong knowledge of Windows and standard office software
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking technologies and protocols: VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi
• Valid driver’s license category B
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to support colleagues and users
• Reliability, responsibility, and ability to work independently
• Secondary education or vocational training with a maturita in IT
