Description

You will work on a financial project focused on network infrastructure assessment and migration planning in a complex enterprise environment. The assignment will analyze existing network connectivity, traffic flows, and segmentation to support the definition of a future-state architecture, while you help validate usage patterns, troubleshoot issues, and perform post-migration validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze NICs, IP addressing, VLANs, network zones, and existing traffic paths
• Validate Data and Management traffic flows in cooperation with application teams
• Identify backup, replication, and other traffic types utilizing the Management path
• Define the target network architecture, connectivity model, and migration approach
• Assess NIC port availability and capacity constraints across the infrastructure
• Support migration execution, troubleshooting activities, and post-migration validation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, network infrastructure, or related senior networking roles
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking environments
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and VLAN configuration
• Solid understanding of network segmentation principles and connectivity design
• Experience delivering infrastructure migration initiatives within enterprise environments
