Description

Join an SAP and IT recruitment team to source and hire technical specialists for projects across different industries. You will approach candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and databases, conduct screening calls and interviews, and build long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines. You will also collaborate with Business Consultants and other recruiters to align market availability with project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT and SAP specialists for projects across industries

• Source and approach candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and other tools

• Conduct screening calls and interviews; assess experience against project requirements

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates

• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Build talent pipelines and maintain your network for future projects

• Work with Business Consultants and other recruiters to understand requirements and market availability

• Stay up to date with the IT and SAP recruitment market; continuously develop knowledge of roles and technologies

• Share market insights and recruitment knowledge with the team

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment

• Experience recruiting for technical roles and strong understanding of the IT market

• SAP recruitment experience is a strong advantage (open to motivated recruiters willing to learn SAP)

• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

• English level B2 or higher

• Good communication and relationship-building skills

• Independence and a proactive approach to work

• Openness to learning and developing knowledge of IT and SAP

• Team-oriented mindset with knowledge sharing and collaboration
