Description

You will maintain, further develop, and troubleshoot the company’s in-house LIMS. The role includes implementing planned LIMS functions along the long-term roadmap with a full development, testing, and deployment cycle. You will also provide IT and technical support for deployed systems (e.g., Zoho One, Sipgate, Microsoft 365), create and maintain technical documentation, and implement small scripts/automations such as Zoho Deluge. In the future, you may contribute to AI-related development projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and debug the LIMS
• Handle development, testing, and deployment cycles
• Implement planned LIMS features according to the long-term roadmap
• Coordinate with an external IT service provider on LIMS
• Provide IT support and technical support for deployed systems (Zoho One, Sipgate, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Implement small scripts/automations (e.g., Zoho Deluge)
• Set up devices and software
• Potential future contribution to AI-focused development projects

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in a relevant technical or scientific field (e.g., computer science, software engineering, applied computer science, bioinformatics, or comparable)
• Demonstrable experience in larger projects
• Secure knowledge of Python/Django and TypeScript/React
• Confident use of Git and modern development workflows
• Fluent English
