Description

You will support the development of self-checkout and retail security solutions, translating business needs into technology and helping the product run reliably. The work includes requirements analysis and refinement with business units and stakeholders, ongoing product support, and participation in pilot projects with feedback from store customers and internal users. Key solution areas include AI-based vision, electronic item protection, and self-service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Expert support in leading and developing projects related to retail security and item protection, including practical participation in shaping solution concepts (AI-based vision, electronic item protection, self-service solutions)

• Coordination and clarification of requirements in collaboration with business teams, project stakeholders, and external partners

• Market analysis and monitoring of competitive retail security solutions

• Hands-on support for pilot projects carried out directly in stores, including installation and support of solutions

• Product development support based on business needs, user feedback, and pilot test results

Requirements

• Experience managing IT products in an agile environment

• Very good knowledge of agile methods with practical experience applying them

• Experience coordinating projects and working effectively with stakeholders

• Documented experience collaborating with external partners and service providers on completed projects

• Analytical and conceptual approach to planning and developing digital products/services

• Willingness to practically support pilot projects, including installation or on-site system support in stores

• Fluent communication in Polish and German (C1) and good English (B1)
