Description

You will build and evolve robust corporate banking systems designed for high uptime, engineering maturity, and low failure rate. The team uses AI engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and Droid) to support developers across the software lifecycle—freeing time for complex business logic design and integration problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend new functionality (approx. 80–87.5% of time)
• Maintain system reliability and address production tickets/incidents (approx. 12.5–20% of time)
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality through good coding practices
• Share results during demo meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (developers, analysts, testers, Project Manager)

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Java and the Spring Framework ecosystem
• Practical knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and application servers (e.g., JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic)
• Understanding of RESTful API architecture and principles of IT system integration
• Focus on software quality: ability to write unit tests and work efficiently with Git
• English proficiency at least B2/C1
