Description

Lead a self-service enablement and support framework for business users adopting MS Copilot Studio. This role blends Power Platform technical architecture with instructional design—delivering training, workshops, and hands-on mentoring so agent deployments are scalable, secure, compliant, and integrated. You will define the full agent lifecycle from concept and training to deployment, governance, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a self-service support framework that guides non-technical users through agent creation in MS Copilot Studio
• Develop step-by-step training materials, workshops, and visual documentation for citizen developers
• Define robust technical architecture for Copilot Studio environments, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and integration via Power Automate and APIs
• Serve as the lead technical mentor, providing direct support and deployment assistance; final escalation point for complex configurations
• Define the agent lifecycle: ideation and training, deployment, governance, and maintenance
• Develop a strategy to promote and communicate the value of the support service to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting and deploying complex solutions in MS Copilot Studio, including governance and security best practices
• Experience designing processes and documentation for non-technical users with intuitive UI/UX and guided workflows
• Deep knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and low-code architecture
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify technical concepts and create structured training paths
• Ability to define long-term architectural vision and governance strategy beyond the immediate build
• Strong understanding of integration points and use of connectors and APIs for Copilot Studio agents
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
