Description

Lead the enablement of non-technical business users for scalable MS Copilot Studio deployments by building a self-service support framework and providing expert guidance. You will create training materials and define the technical architecture and full lifecycle for Copilot Studio agents—covering governance, security, compliance, and integrations with business systems via Power Automate and APIs. You’ll also act as the SME and final escalation point for complex agent configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a self-service support framework to guide non-technical users through agent creation in MS Copilot Studio and maximize adoption
• Create step-by-step training materials, workshops, and visual documentation for Citizen Developers
• Define scalable, secure, compliant technical architecture for Copilot Studio environments, integrated via Power Automate and APIs
• Provide technical mentoring and deployment assistance to business users; be the final escalation point for complex configurations
• Define the full agent lifecycle: ideation, training, deployment, governance, and ongoing maintenance
• Develop and communicate the strategy for promoting the new support service to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting and deploying complex solutions in MS Copilot Studio, including governance and security best practices
• Experience designing processes and documentation for non-technical users with intuitive UI/UX and guided workflows
• Deep knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem: Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse; strong understanding of low-code architecture
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts simply; create structured training paths and clear documentation
• Ability to define long-term architectural vision and governance strategy beyond the immediate build
• Strong understanding of system integration points; ability to leverage connectors and APIs
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
