Description

Lead the enablement of business users for MS Copilot Studio deployments by building a self-service support framework, training programs, and robust technical architecture. Beyond agent building, the role empowers non-technical users through guidance, step-by-step materials, and SME-level support for complex configurations. You will define the agent lifecycle from ideation to governance, deployment, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a self-service support framework for agent creation in MS Copilot Studio to reduce friction and improve adoption
• Develop training materials, workshops, and visual documentation that translate technical processes into easy-to-follow instructions
• Define scalable, secure, compliant Copilot Studio technical architecture integrated with business systems via Power Automate and APIs
• Act as the technical mentor/SME and final escalation point for complex agent configurations
• Own the end-to-end agent lifecycle: ideation, training, deployment, governance, and maintenance
• Create a strategy to promote and “sell” the new support service to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting and deploying complex solutions in MS Copilot Studio, including governance and security best practices
• Experience designing processes and documentation for non-technical users with intuitive UI/UX and guided workflows
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and low-code architecture
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to create structured training paths and actionable documentation
• Ability to define long-term architectural vision and governance strategy
• Strong understanding of system integration points and how to use connectors and APIs in Copilot Studio agents
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
