Description

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform and Copilot Developer to design and build AI agents and skills that support AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps. The role includes building scalable solutions in Microsoft Power Platform, architecting data models in Microsoft Dataverse, configuring Copilot Studio conversational experiences, and integrating with upstream systems and APIs. You will collaborate across teams to translate requirements into technical solutions while ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and skills to support AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps
• Build and maintain scalable Power Platform / Power Apps solutions
• Architect and manage data models in Microsoft Dataverse
• Configure and customize AI-driven conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions with cross-functional teams
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs
• Participate in the full solution lifecycle from design through production rollout
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, performance, and scalability standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Power Platform)
• 2+ years of experience in AI Agents development and Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Proficiency designing and implementing pro-code solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem
• Expertise in building scalable data models in Dataverse
• Experience integrating solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
