Description

Design and ship AI-powered products end to end using Golang and Node.js, including RAG pipelines and AI agents. You’ll own architectural decisions and build production-ready AI features with evals, monitoring (latency, cost, token usage), and safeguards against hallucinations and security gaps. Work AI-first with coding agents, spec-first development, automated reviews/tests, and project-level AI context.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end AI products (RAG, agents, APIs, integrations) with enterprise-grade security and compliance

• Choose the right approach (agent vs single model call, RAG, fine-tuning, better prompts, or plain code)

• Use AI-first workflows: coding agents, automated reviews and tests, and shared AI context for the team

• Make AI features production-ready through evaluation and monitoring

• Integrate external APIs, databases, and third-party tools into AI pipelines

• Contribute across projects targeting both business and consumer use cases

• Share knowledge and help shape AI-assisted development standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong expertise in Golang, Node.js, or JavaScript (TypeScript welcome)

• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based features to production

• Solid understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and vector search (RAG)

• Daily use of AI coding tools; ability to spot hallucinations, security risks, and architectural drift

• Experience integrating external APIs, databases, and third-party tools into AI pipelines

• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with MLOps practices: model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI systems

• Strong data structures, algorithms, and software design background

• English at least B2

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills; readiness for agile work; proactive and detail-oriented mindset
