• Base salary: 26,000–32,000 PLN gross/month (estimated)

Description

Lead a software engineering team building and supporting business-domain IT solutions. Partner with Business and Product Owners to define the technology roadmap and priorities, while managing the architecture and security of the solution portfolio across software and underlying infrastructure. Develop team capabilities, manage budgets and resources, evaluate and introduce new technologies and standards, and coordinate vendor cooperation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role focused on software development of business applications

• Previous experience in software development and design

• Experience in software architecture design and knowledge of modern SDLC standards

• Knowledge of microservices architecture (preferably with Java/React)

• Knowledge of cloud and DevOps (preferably Azure)

• Understanding the underlying infrastructure of business applications

• Knowledge of application and infrastructure security

• Experience managing technology budgets

• Fluent English (C1)

• Higher education in an IT-related field (desirable)

• Experience at international companies

• Nice to have: experience in regulated sector

• Nice to have: prior experience as Software/Solution Architect
