Description

You will analyze business and system requirements for card products and payment processes and support the implementation of new functionalities and solutions. The role is centered on effectively connecting business needs with technological capabilities while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and align business requirements for card products and processes

• Create functional specifications and analytical documentation

• Map business processes and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with payment organizations and business and technical teams

• Participate in implementing new functionalities and changes in existing systems

• Prepare test scenarios and support test execution

• Participate in data and system migration projects

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis or business-to-system analysis in cards and payments

• Very good knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations, and SQL

• Experience collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements

• Knowledge of system implementation, testing, and development processes

• English proficiency to work comfortably with documentation and stakeholders

• Openness to hybrid work

• Must reside in Poland and have fluent Polish
