Description

You will analyze and improve internal processes by mapping current workflows (AS-IS) and designing future, more efficient target flows (TO-BE). The role focuses on turning stakeholder needs into actionable solutions, identifying optimization opportunities, and measuring impact using KPI/SLA and dashboards. You will also administer Jira and work in a Scrum mode.

Responsibilities

• Gather stakeholder needs related to processes and translate them into concrete solutions

• Analyze and map current processes (AS-IS)

• Model and design target processes (TO-BE)

• Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions

• Estimate improvement potential by calculating time savings and effort (FTE)

• Define and implement process metrics (KPI, SLA) and create simple dashboards to monitor them

• Administer Jira

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in process analysis and optimization

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to constructively challenge incorrect assumptions

• Independence in selecting analytical tools and methods and in formulating recommendations

• Ability to identify and eliminate irregularities in processes

• Proficiency in combining data from different sources

• Communication skills for explaining complex technical topics in a simple, understandable way

• Responsible approach to working with confidential and sensitive data

• Practical knowledge of Jira
