Description

You will act as a Technical Lead who looks at technology beyond code—combining development experience with a strong understanding of system architecture and the ability to connect technical and business perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Design solutions and co-create system architecture

• Conduct pre-implementation analyses and define solution concepts

• Support developer teams in technical decisions and complex problem-solving

• Lead selected technology projects and initiatives

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and technology partners

• Identify improvement areas and propose directions for change

• Co-create architectural and developer standards

• Share knowledge and support less experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience

• Minimum 5 years leading IT projects or IT teams

• Very good knowledge of system design and architecture

• Experience with technical analysis and turning business needs into technical solutions

• Ability to lead technical discussions and develop solutions together with the team

• Independence, initiative, and responsibility for decisions

• English proficiency for effective communication
