Description

Build and evolve a consistent ITSM process management model, including Change, Release, Problem, Major Incident, Service Level, Supplier Management, and SACM/CMDB. Ensure ITSM processes comply with banking regulations, standards, and audit/control requirements. Manage development and stability of the integrated ITSM tool platform (backlog priorities, automation, and tool changes) and lead teams responsible for ITSM processes and tools to ensure effective collaboration.
