Description

You will lead the delivery of software development projects and change requests from planning through go-live. Acting as a central communication point, you coordinate release planning, stakeholder updates, and alignment across multiple teams and organizations in a distributed, international setting. The role requires clear Agile/hybrid delivery understanding and strong hands-on use of Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and change request delivery from planning through go-live
• Coordinate communication between development, partner teams, and client stakeholders
• Run status meetings, stakeholder updates, and release coordination with transparency
• Manage expectations and handle difficult conversations about scope, timelines, and priorities
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution
• Keep backlog, roadmap, and project documentation up to date in Jira and Confluence
• Track effort, budget, and change requests; support estimation of new work

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development
• Experience working closely with development and QA teams
• Experience in an international or distributed environment
• Good understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Fluent English (C1+) in both written and spoken communication
