Description

You will design, build, and own features end-to-end for the Distribution platform that connects travel partners to the marketplace through APIs, white labels, and tailored integrations. Work spans greenfield microservices and mature monoliths, from internal tooling for travel agents to integration systems for major industry partners. You’ll also build AI-driven solutions and help define technical and architectural standards across the company.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from refinement through production

• Design and build entire applications with support from architects

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and plan milestones based on measured performance

• Choose appropriate technologies guided by data and experience

• Build AI-driven solutions and integrations beyond everyday AI tooling

• Help create new distribution channels

• Contribute to technical and architectural standards

• Mentor teammates and participate in hiring

• Work across systems using PHP, SQL databases, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, SQS, Kubernetes, and AWS

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience

• Deep expertise in PHP and Symfony

• Experience building scalable, distributed systems

• Solid knowledge of relational databases

• Experience designing APIs and integrating with third-party systems

• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools (both usage and engineering AI-driven solutions)

• Ability to work with business stakeholders

• Professional working proficiency in English
