Description

Legal Counsel will review and negotiate commercial agreements, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions. The role includes drafting and maintaining contract templates and conducting legal research and memo preparation on EU and international law matters.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day legal issues for other team members

• Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and other vendor agreements

• Draft and maintain contract templates

• Support compliance work across the jurisdictions where the organization operates

• Advise internal teams (sales, HR, finance, delivery) on legal questions

• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on EU and international law matters

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law

• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English

• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements)

• Excellent communication skills

• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
