Description

You will review and negotiate commercial agreements in English, support compliance work, and advise internal teams on legal questions. Responsibilities include working with vendor contracts, drafting and maintaining contract templates, and conducting legal research and memos on EU and international law matters.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law
• 1–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in English
• Understanding of compliance matters (e.g., contractor engagement, regulatory requirements)
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
