Description

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will take technical ownership of electrical engineering solutions delivered in line with company, client, and international standards. You will serve as the technical authority on projects by designing and reviewing deliverables, approving design packages, and supporting engineering management and clients. You will ensure technical work is delivered on time and meets quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of electrical engineering tasks and design packages, ensuring alignment with company procedures, industry standards, and project requirements
• Prepare, review, and approve engineering documentation (specifications, requirements, reports, drawings, single line diagrams, wiring diagrams, cabinet layouts, equipment data sheets)
• Design and develop power and communication systems, including electrical calculations, analyses, and Equipment BOMs
• Review technical queries and support issue resolution with project teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Oversee design packages through completion, ensuring technical quality and safety
• Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, safety, and quality requirements across the project lifecycle
• Participate in site visits when required, including occasional international travel

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering with track record of owning electrical deliverables on projects
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Controls Engineering, or related field
• Deep experience with electrical schematics, single line diagrams, component selection, and AC/DC systems
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving engineering documentation and design packages
• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, typical product design, and relevant standards such as IEC and CE
• Solid grounding in risk management, EHS, and QA; ability to apply company and industry standards to designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and robust corrective actions
• Fluent English (B2/C1) for clear technical documentation and communication/influence across stakeholders
