The Workday HR Tech Lead oversees the Workday platform strategy across five key modules (HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, and Time Tracking). The role connects technical governance with HR, Sales, and outsourced development teams to ensure reliable module delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday platform strategy across: HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, and Time Tracking
• Design and implement the integration architecture
• Ensure operational excellence and manage updates
• Resolve incidents and maintain documentation
• Oversee security, governance, and the technical supervision of the outsourced team

Requirements

• Significant experience in Workday integration
• Expertise in production operations and update management
• Strong communication skills; fluent English
