Description

You will support a construction-focused controlling, estimating, and budgeting team. The work includes preparing and validating construction budgets and project price estimates, performing pricing/technical controlling, and reviewing bills of quantities and budget changes. You will also compare and assess pricing proposals to support project decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and create budgets
• Develop cost estimates for construction objects/projects
• Create pricing schedules (cost breakdowns)
• Carry out pricing controlling and technical controlling
• Review bills of quantities, construction budgets, and their changes
• Compare and evaluate pricing bids/proposals

Requirements

• University degree in construction or electrical engineering
• Knowledge of construction budgeting topics
• PC skills: MS Office plus budgeting and graphic software
• Active, independent working style; reliability, conscientiousness, and responsibility
