Description

In this role, you will be the key bridge between SCM stakeholders and IT operations and development teams. You will drive SAP-based SCM process management, support global rollouts with consistent use across international operations, and improve existing workflows through new or enhanced SAP solutions. You will also train key users and provide 2nd-level support for requests and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist key users in the SCM organization in their day-to-day activities
• Participate in SAP roll-out and implementation projects to ensure stable system operations and successful handover to the SCM department
• Coordinate SAP change management processes in collaboration with development teams
• Analyze current SCM processes and support the development and improvement of SAP-based solutions
• Provide 2nd-level support, including processing requests and handling incidents

Requirements

• Several years of SAP experience with strong focus on SCM, PP/DS, and MM
• Proven knowledge in demand planning, MRP, production planning, and S&OP
• Experience with international SAP implementation projects, including mergers and acquisitions
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proactive, results-oriented approach
• Communicative English and Czech/Slovak for collaboration with colleagues in the Czech Republic and abroad
