Description

You will design and implement complex IAM solutions using the Okta Workforce Identity Cloud. You will analyze and implement customer requirements, track IAM trends, and develop strategies for future-proof IT security. You will also implement Okta-based solutions and conduct user and customer training while sharing knowledge with the team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex IAM solutions with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud based on customer requirements
• Analyze and implement customer IAM requirements
• Monitor IAM trends and bring new ideas
• Define and present security strategies in customer environments
• Implement Okta-based solutions, lead user/customer training, and share team knowledge
• Develop standard solutions and roll them out effectively for customers
• Analyze complex topics and find innovative solutions
• Plan and manage your work independently

Requirements

• Experience with customer contact in an IT system house or service provider
• Technical knowledge of Okta Workforce Identity (or comparable solutions)
• Knowledge of IAM concepts/architectures and Identity Governance (compliance, auditing, lifecycle management)
• Experience with role-based access management
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID, and SAML
• Initial experience executing IT projects independently
• Ability to communicate precisely in German and English, including with decision-makers
• First experiences with tools such as Microsoft 365, Jamf, Google Workspace, AWS, Salesforce, or Personio (advantage)
• Knowledge of Terraform and Postman is a plus
