Description

Design and develop complex IAM solutions with the Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, tailored to customer needs. Analyze and implement customer requirements, define and present IAM security strategies, and implement Okta-based solutions including user/customer training. Stay current with IAM trends, contribute ideas, and manage your work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex IAM solutions using Okta Workforce Identity Cloud
• Analyze and implement customer requirements to meet IAM needs
• Monitor IAM trends and propose improvements
• Define IAM strategies and present them to customers to support future-proof IT security
• Implement Okta-based solutions, conduct training, and share knowledge with the team
• Develop and roll out standard solutions across customers
• Apply analytical thinking to categorize complex issues and find innovative solutions
• Plan and organize your work independently

Requirements

• Experience in customer contact at an IT system house or IT service provider plus technical know-how in Okta Workforce Identity (or comparable solutions)
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and architectures
• Experience with Identity Governance (compliance, auditing, and lifecycle management) and role-based access management
• Very good knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID, and SAML
• Initial experience running IT projects independently
• Precise, clear communication in German and English, including under stress and with decision-makers
• Analytical mindset and strong teamwork orientation
