Description

Design and develop complex IAM solutions with the Okta Workforce Identity Cloud tailored to customer requirements. Analyze needs, implement Okta-based solutions, and define security strategies that help ensure future-ready IT security. Support deployments with user/customer training and ongoing knowledge sharing within the team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex IAM solutions using Okta Workforce Identity Cloud
• Analyze customer requirements and implement IAM needs efficiently
• Monitor IAM trends and bring in new ideas
• Define and present security strategies to customers
• Implement Okta-based solutions, run user and customer trainings, and share knowledge in the team
• Develop standard solutions and use them effectively for customers
• Analyze complex issues, classify them strategically, and develop solutions
• Organize the workday independently and complete tasks optimally

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience with an IT system house or service provider and technical knowledge of Okta Workforce Identity (or similar)
• Knowledge of IAM concepts/architectures, Identity Governance (compliance, auditing, lifecycle management), and role-based access management
• Very strong knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID, SAML
• Initial experience independently running IT projects
• Clear communication in German and English, even under stress and with decision-makers
• Analytical thinking and team orientation
