Description

Design and develop complex IAM solutions with the Okta Workforce Identity Cloud based on customer requirements. Analyze and implement customer IAM needs, bring new ideas from IAM trends, and define IAM strategies that improve long-term IT security. Implement Okta-based solutions, lead user and customer training, and transfer knowledge within the team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex IAM solutions using the Okta Workforce Identity Cloud
• Analyze and implement customer requirements to efficiently meet IAM needs
• Monitor IAM trends and contribute new ideas
• Define IAM strategies and present them in customer-facing environments
• Implement Okta-based solutions; lead user and customer trainings and knowledge transfer
• Develop standard solutions and enable effective customer use
• Apply analytical skills to structure complex topics and develop innovative solutions
• Independently plan and organize the workday and tasks

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in an IT system house or IT service provider
• Technical knowledge of Okta Workforce Identity or comparable solutions
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and architectures, including Identity Governance (compliance, auditing, lifecycle management)
• Experience with role-based access management
• Very strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
• First experience leading IT projects independently
• Ability to communicate precisely in German and English, including with decision-makers
• Analytical mindset and team orientation
