Description

You’ll join a Central IT trainee program with guidance from a buddy and mentor, working on business and technology initiatives. The role focuses on supporting strategic and operational initiatives, cross-functional projects, and enterprise-wide standards and governance. You will prepare decision materials for senior leadership, coordinate stakeholders, and support transformation while monitoring progress and risks.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic and operational initiatives across Central IT

• Contribute to cross-functional technology projects across multiple business units

• Support development of enterprise-wide standards, governance models, and technology frameworks

• Prepare decision-making presentations, analyses, and materials for senior leadership

• Coordinate stakeholders across product, technology, and business teams to drive alignment

• Participate in transformation and change initiatives shaping the technology landscape

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support achievement of project objectives

Requirements

• Solid understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, data platforms, or IT infrastructure

• Ability to understand system architectures and technical concepts

• Interest in AI, enterprise architecture, data and analytics, or platform engineering

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex technology landscapes

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar)
