Description

You will support the IT Infrastructure team with hands-on hardware management tasks, including device setup, inventory recording, and shipment handling. The role provides practical experience in IT hardware, hardware management, and IT services within an IT team. You’ll also help with straightforward on-site IT activities such as workplace moves and setup.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare PCs and iPhones according to provided instructions

• Record and log IT hardware in the company systems

• Create delivery notes and handle packing and shipping of hardware

• Receive incoming packages, including unboxing, sorting, storing, and recording

• Monitor and track hardware returns

• Support simple on-site IT tasks, e.g., moving and setting up workstations

• Provide general operational support to the IT team

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science or a comparable program

• Interest in IT and technical contexts; practical experience is a plus

• Confident use of common IT applications and digital tools

• High initiative and strong sense of responsibility

• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaborating with colleagues

• Flexible availability—ideally at least three days per week

• Interest in long-term collaboration and continued development (technical and personal)
