• Role: IT Support Intern (Level 1)

• Working time: 3 days/week, 12–20 hours total

• Pay: €15 gross per hour

• Location: Office in Münster (mobile working available)

Description

Support the Internal Services team with first-level IT operations in in-house applications and help with solution development and smaller IT projects. Assist with IT hardware and WLAN initiatives, asset management, application testing, documentation and training material, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Provide service and support to colleagues and contribute to digitization and process optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the group lead and the Internal Services team

• Assist with IT projects such as hardware replacement and Wi‑Fi expansion

• Record hardware and software in asset management

• Support invoice review and cost control

• Provide service and first-level support for colleagues

• Participate in digitization and process optimization projects

• Conduct application tests and evaluate solutions for added value

• Create system documentation and training materials; capture requirements from colleagues

• Own company onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements

• Must be an enrolled student

• Interest and/or experience with PC/Laptop, networking, and Microsoft 365

• Ideally studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field

• Motivation, commitment, and careful working style
