Description

Lead the Center of Excellence Governance for Artificial Intelligence, driving enterprise-wide governance for the use of AI across compliance, business, and organizational perspectives. Coordinate AI topics within the Data & Analytics tribe and across the IT organization, and provide AI expertise from regulatory questions to practical technology. Support transformation initiatives and help shape organizational cultural change.

Responsibilities

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the AI Governance Center of Excellence with a small multidisciplinary team
• Develop and enhance corporate AI governance across compliance, business, and organizational viewpoints
• Coordinate AI topics within the Tribe Data & Analytics and across the IT department
• Participate actively in organization-wide activities to build and deploy AI
• Coordinate and provide AI expertise, from regulatory topics to specific technology
• Develop the team, IT, and the organization regarding AI skills and competencies; support cross-functional governance of the tribe
• Support the Tribe Lead with transformation topics and organizational cultural change

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• Expertise in Artificial Intelligence with verifiable practical professional experience
• Sound leadership experience and ability to inspire people
• Experience designing transformational processes and actively guiding others through change
• Openness to change and a convincing external presence
• Strong communication in German and English; ability to build networks quickly
• Independent working style; ability to lead a team in dynamic times with a clear vision
