Description

You will care for clients’ websites, solve requests, and proactively look for improvements that move the websites forward. The role is about understanding what the client truly needs and proposing better solutions—not just completing tasks without thinking. You will coordinate developers and designers with clear specifications, while keeping quality and deadlines on track.

Responsibilities

• Client care and website upkeep

• Support and small fixes (and coordinating colleagues when more is needed)

• Active development and proactive improvement of websites

• Consulting: explain why proposed solutions make sense and help clients get excited

• Task intake and coordination: prepare requirements, involve the right people, and ensure results

• Quality assurance and deadline monitoring

Requirements

• Experience managing, updating, or helping create websites

• Orientation in CMS platforms (editing content, page structure, common web components)

• Technical understanding of how websites work and ability to collaborate with developers

• Consultative approach: ask the right questions to uncover real client needs

• Ability to prepare clear, understandable specifications/briefs

• Excellent Czech language skills and strong communication
