Description

Make short, friendly courtesy calls to customers who have recently signed up, thanking them for their interest and letting them know that Customer Support is available for questions. Follow a predefined call script, maintain a professional and welcoming tone, and avoid selling or asking customers to take action. Keep consistent call activity and accurate records, and direct customers with questions to Customer Support.

Responsibilities

• Make courtesy calls to newly signed-up customers

• Create a positive first impression and make customers feel welcome

• Use a simple, predefined call script for consistent conversations

• Maintain a friendly, respectful tone without promoting products

• Route questions or assistance needs to Customer Support

• Track and record completed calls accurately

• Support sales-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Native English speaker with excellent verbal communication

• Completed college/university education

• Confident and natural phone communicator with a professional demeanor

• Patience and persistence for challenging conversations

• Reliable, self-motivated, and personally responsible

• Results-driven and committed to continuous improvement

• Previous sales, customer service, telephone outreach, or similar experience is a plus but not required
