Description

Own the CSPM strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for exposure management, ensuring findings lead to real, measurable risk reduction. Lead large cross-team programs across engineering, security, Azure, and M365 services, and drive remediation through governance, escalation, and scorecards. Run executive-level OKRs/KPIs and exception/risk-acceptance processes using trustworthy data, while applying AI-first automation to speed control authoring, triage, and posture insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the team (hire, coach, develop; build an inclusive, accountable culture)

• Define CSPM strategy: vision, roadmap, success metrics, coverage, control definitions, scanner tool portfolio, prioritization, and posture reporting

• Drive large programs: onboarding new tenants/resource types, near-real-time posture assessment, and combining security signals into a prioritized view

• Drive remediation: partner with engineering/service owners; use scorecards, governance, and escalation; balance security rigor with engineering cost/friction

• Run the operating rhythm: own OKRs, KPIs, executive reviews, and exception/risk-acceptance processes

• Represent technical risk to leadership and influence decisions

• Champion AI-first work for control authoring, triage, and posture insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience

• 1+ year(s) project or people management experience

• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

• Ability to meet security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check

• Base pay range (U.S.): USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year; Bay Area/NYC: USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year
