Description

Own the end-to-end delivery of tool governance capabilities for Agent 365, helping enterprises inventory, onboard, and apply consistent policies across agent tooling.

You will translate customer governance and compliance needs into clear product requirements, specs, user scenarios, and AI Evals/acceptance criteria. You’ll also use telemetry and customer feedback to measure adoption and impact, including discovery and observability for unsanctioned (Shadow AI) tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition and delivery of one or more tool governance feature areas (e.g., tool registry and onboarding)
• Write clear specs, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Lead AI-first product execution using AI Evals and acceptance criteria for AI features
• Contribute to the tool governance roadmap using customer insights, data, and competitive analysis
• Engage with customers and partners to capture governance and compliance requirements and translate them into product requirements
• Help build discovery and observability for unsanctioned (Shadow AI) tools, including usage and activity insights
• Drive day-to-day execution with engineering and design; unblock decisions, manage scope/trade-offs, and ensure quality and schedule
• Define and track success metrics using telemetry and customer feedback; iterate based on results
• Support regulated and sovereign customers, including audit evidence and government cloud needs with security and compliance stakeholders
• Collaborate across Microsoft teams to deliver a consistent, seamless tool governance experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree AND 2+ years experience in product management of AI features OR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft/customer/government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
