Description

You will advise potential clients on online courses based on inbound leads and reach out to leads from a database to recommend new products. You will identify client needs, communicate the value of the courses, and enter relevant information into HubSpot CRM. You will communicate with clients via email and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients regarding the available course programs

• Contact leads from the database and offer appropriate new products

• Understand client needs and align course value to client goals

• Enter client and lead details into HubSpot CRM

• Communicate with clients through email and other channels

Requirements

• Experience with cold calling

• Comfortable working with provided leads (no need to find your own clients)

• Interest in building or progressing a sales career

• Discipline and drive; fast learning mindset

• Strong communication and solution-oriented approach

• Remote work from the Czech Republic; onboarding possible in Prague Karlín

• Availability roughly between 9:00 and 17:30

• Guaranteed minimum income of 50,000 CZK for the first 3 months

• Compensation: fixed component plus commission; estimated 50,000–70,000 CZK/month with potential to earn more (no cap)
