Description

You will guide customers through the complete new-car sales process, starting from their first showroom visit and ending with vehicle handover and instruction. The job combines presenting vehicles, preparing quotations, organizing test drives, and maintaining follow-up with leads and customer data. You will also offer related services such as financing, leasing, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Present new car models and identify customer needs

• Recommend suitable vehicles and equipment

• Prepare quotations

• Arrange and conduct test drives

• Manage the full sales process up to handover (including customer instruction)

• Communicate with visitors by phone and email and provide post-sale follow-up

• Work with sales leads and a customer database, performing regular follow-ups

• Contact potential customers and build your client base

• Offer and arrange financing, leasing, insurance, and other vehicle-purchase services

• Maintain a representative showroom presentation

Requirements

• Strong customer orientation and professional, respectful communication

• Ability to uncover needs, present suitable vehicles, and run customers through the entire sales process

• Proactive approach to sales opportunities and persistence in closing deals

• Good planning and organization skills

• Practical PC skills and comfort using a phone for sales outreach

• Experience with CRM, leads, and customer databases (or strong willingness to learn)

• Valid driving license category B and active driving experience

• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage

• Interest in cars and willingness to learn about the vehicles being sold
