Description

Support and maintain local client environments and take on smaller network and server tasks after onboarding. Participate in projects, provide technical consultation for offer requests, and help develop new IT solutions for modern workplace concepts. Troubleshoot incidents and problems in line with defined SLAs and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and further develop the local client environment

• Handle smaller network and server tasks after onboarding

• Support projects and provide technical guidance for customer offer requests

• Develop new IT solutions with customers for modern workplace concepts

• Support operating-system-adjacent client applications

• Analyze and resolve incidents and problems under incident/problem management while complying with SLAs

• Create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Completed IT-related degree or training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (or equivalent practical knowledge)

• Good knowledge of enterprise server environments and enterprise storage solutions, including Microsoft Windows Server

• Good knowledge of virtualization with VMware

• Service-oriented working style and ability to work in a team

• Very good German language skills

• Willingness for occasional business travel within Germany
