Description

Lead a core team creating an agentic engineering workflow that makes safety-critical software development repeatable and evidence-driven. You will define the architecture and technical strategy from specifications through design, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, validation, review, and release. You will build agents and deterministic validation harnesses, then scale what works across major DRIVE OS and driver subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact core team building safety-ready agentic workflows for complex C/C++/Rust systems software and drivers
• Define architecture and technical strategy across the full delivery lifecycle
• Build agents/workflows for real systems development: feature implementation, defect diagnosis and repair, regression analysis, refactoring, test development, performance optimization, and compatibility analysis
• Develop deterministic validators, harnesses, tools, observability, and feedback loops for dependable, continuously improving agentic development
• Cultivate an engineering culture focused on quality, measurable evidence, and intellectual honesty

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years overall in software engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale, complex software projects
• Strong safety-critical systems development knowledge and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 26262, DO-178C)
• Outstanding problem-solving ability and ability to perform under pressure
• Effective communication and partnership skills across teams
