Description

You will join the recruitment of healthcare staff, help plan shifts, and ensure the HR administration around people runs smoothly. The role involves active communication with colleagues, doctors, clients, suppliers, and authorities, plus support for organizing company health days and medical checkups. You will also help launch and build new clinics from the ground up—coordinating with suppliers, equipment ordering, and helping set up and follow through on processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with healthcare recruiting and onboarding processes

• Support shift planning and HR/people administration

• Communicate with internal teams, doctors, clients, suppliers, and public authorities

• Help organize company health days and medical examinations

• Support new clinic rollouts: vendor communication, equipment ordering, and coordinating steps

• Help set up and drive completion of operational processes

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education with high-school diploma; university degree is an advantage

• Independent, careful, and reliable approach

• Strong ability to organize work and prioritize

• Comfortable communicating and working with different people

• B driver’s license with active driving

• Ability to travel about 1–2 days per week to visit clients by company car
