Description

You will act as the central contact for eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements, bridging stakeholders and developer teams. You will coordinate requirement delivery end-to-end (concepting, reporting, quality assurance, and on-time implementation), and ensure software quality by creating and executing test cases. You will analyze defects, support developers in resolution, and advise Product Owners on requirements and stakeholder requests.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage requirements; serve as interface between stakeholders and development teams

• Coordinate implementation from conception to reporting, quality assurance, and timely delivery

• Plan and create test cases; perform comprehensive testing to ensure software quality

• Analyze defects, support developer teams in fixing them, and communicate solution-oriented with reporting parties

• Work in interdisciplinary teams with developers, subject-matter experts, test managers, and architects

• Support and advise Product Owners on requirements and stakeholder inquiries

Requirements

• Knowledge of health insurance (PKV and/or GKV), especially portfolio and contract processes

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Insurance, or comparable qualification

• Experience in requirements engineering or business analysis, ideally in the insurance domain

• Familiarity with agile methods and ways of working

• Interest in technical processes between the health insurance portfolio system and surrounding interfaces

• Secure handling of UML, BPMN, User Stories, and Use Cases

• Strong communication and moderation skills

• Structured and proactive work style

• Enthusiasm for new technologies and good AI knowledge

• Very good German (written and spoken) and basic English
